Shipping Coverage

We deliver across most PIN codes in India through our trusted logistics partner, DELHIVERY and internationally to select destinations in Europe and Asia.
If your location falls outside our service network, our team will connect with you to arrange an alternative delivery solution with the same care and reliability.

Dispatch Timelines

- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Estimated  Delivery Time

- Domestic: 3-7 Business days.

- International: 10-14 Business days.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, courier delays, customs formalities or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

-We offer free shipping and 7-day returns shipping on all domestic orders. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email & WhatsApp. You can use this link to track the delivery status in real-time.

Delivery  Attempts

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the order cannot be delivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping may incur additional charges.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. OKO is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Delays or Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline or marked as delivered but not received:

- We will investigate the issue with the courier and respond within 2–3 business days.
